Sales Executive Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive Lead to oversee our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee sales commission process and ensure timely payments
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence
  • Leverage industry expertise to identify top prospects and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven sales leadership experience with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Experience working with CRM systems and data analysis tools
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous PTO policy.
