Sales Executive Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive Lead to oversee our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:- Oversee sales commission process and ensure timely payments
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence
- Leverage industry expertise to identify top prospects and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Proven sales leadership experience with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
- Experience working with CRM systems and data analysis tools
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous PTO policy.
