Job Overview

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

This role offers an attractive salary package, providing a comfortable living for those who join our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person to the GSC community.
  • Assist in their search for a new apartment home by showing apartments and providing a tour of the community.
  • Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager in coordinating community and resident appreciation events.
  • Assist residents with lease renewals and various requests.
Requirements
  • At least 1+ year experience in sales and customer service.
  • Previous leasing experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively with a team.
