Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Havre, Montana for a 13-week contract position.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pharmacy practice and be licensed by the Montana State Board of Pharmacy or have the ability to obtain a license.
About the RoleThis full-time position involves working in our pharmacy, providing pharmaceutical and related services to patients, physicians, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of services provided and participating in ongoing assessment and planning for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality pharmacy services to patients and staff
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with a minimum of a BS degree
- Licensure by the Montana State Board of Pharmacy or ability to obtain licensure
- Advanced degree (PharmD) or health-system pharmacy experience preferred
