Bridge of Promise is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will work directly with our participants, providing support and assistance with daily living tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist participants with mobility, feeding, and hygiene needs.
  • Develop and lead program activities under the direction of the Program Manager.
  • Perform light cleaning duties and maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Transport and escort participants to and from activities.
Requirements:
  • CPR and First Aid certification (training provided).
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds.
  • Legibly write, read, and communicate in English.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
Working Conditions:
  • Requires mobility and the ability to work with ambulatory and non-ambulatory individuals.
  • Must be able to assist with daily living tasks, including feeding and bathroom duties.
