Physiatry Specialist

We are seeking a board-certified or eligible physiatrist to join our team in a part-time or full-time capacity at an inpatient rehabilitation facility in West Orange, New Jersey.

• Clinical Responsibility:
  • You will be working with 18-22 patients per day, providing expert care and management of their conditions.
  • The call schedule is TBD, allowing you to plan your work accordingly.
• Organization Information:
  • This is a nationwide physiatry group employing over 100 physicians across various locations.
  • Physicians are typically employed as W2 employees, enjoying comprehensive benefits.
  • Part-time providers are directly employed by the hiring entity as 1099 contractors.
  • A guaranteed base salary of $150,000 per year for full-time providers.
  • Bonus structure allows full-time physicians to earn up to 70% of billings.
  • Average annual income for full-time physicians exceeds $300,000.
