Job Summary

This is a hybrid opportunity for an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join our client's growing Corporate and Real Estate practice groups in their Cherry Hill office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to firm attorneys, including document management, client case management, and preparing documents for real estate closings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys in the Corporate and Real Estate practice groups
  • Manage documents, including filing and retrieval
  • Assist with client case management, including billing and preparing documents for real estate closings
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of related administrative support experience
  • Experience in corporate and/or real estate practice areas preferred
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle extensive client contact and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
