Floral Associate

Job Overview:

Tops Friendly Markets, a leading grocery store chain, is seeking a skilled Floral Clerk to join our retail floristry team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of product presentation and quality.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, cutting, and marking products; watering live plants and stocking shelves/displays; preparing customer orders for floral arrangements, balloons, plants, etc.; and ensuring proper operation of and temperatures in coolers and cases.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is an asset.
