Job Title: Relaxation TherapistWe are seeking a licensed massage therapist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Relaxation Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality massage services to our clients, ensuring their comfort and relaxation throughout their experience.
Responsibilities:- Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and industry developments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized spa environment, adhering to all applicable standards and regulations.
- Set up and prepare spa and workstations, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout the shift.
- Assist with linen management, replacing them between sessions to maintain hygiene standards.
- Sterilize equipment to prevent cross-contamination.
- Accompany clients to and from treatment rooms, providing excellent customer service.
- Consult with clients to identify suitable massage services, taking into account their preferences and needs.
- Deliver a range of massage services listed in our brochure, including reflexology, Swedish, prenatal, hot stone, trigger point, sports, and deep tissue massage.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 6 months of work experience as a licensed massage therapist.
- Proficient knowledge of various massage techniques, including reflexology, Swedish, prenatal, hot stone, trigger point, sports, and deep tissue massage.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in software used for client management and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, with good physical stamina to perform massages.
- Comfortable working with diverse clients, adapting to their individual needs and preferences.
