Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking, under the supervision of a sales manager.
- Analyze customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, tailoring customer recommendations to present and close business.
- Present and close deals, working with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
- Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals, fully utilizing all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools.
- Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment.
- Task Management Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking.
- Customer Service Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail.
- Communication Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Effective presentation and closing skills.

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $71,800 - $129,400, inclusive of target incentives
Base Pay Range: $43,080 - $77,640
