Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking, under the supervision of a sales manager.
  • Analyze customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, tailoring customer recommendations to present and close business.
  • Present and close deals, working with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
  • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals, fully utilizing all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools.
  • Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Task Management Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking.
  • Customer Service Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail.
  • Communication Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Effective presentation and closing skills.

Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No): Yes

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $71,800 - $129,400, inclusive of target incentives

Base Pay Range: $43,080 - $77,640
