We are seeking experienced Part-Time to Full-time Technicians to join our team. As a result of the coronavirus pandemic, we have implemented measures to ensure the safety of our employees and clients.
Our ideal candidate will have prior experience working at a swimming pool company or have completed a training/certification course. They must possess knowledge of pool equipment, pool functionality, and water chemistry. We provide training to all employees, but all technicians must be able to swim.
We offer competitive pay based on experience and ability to improve workmanship. We also provide incentives such as bonuses and raises for individual improvement and meeting company goals.
Responsibilities include vacuuming swimming pools, opening/closing swimming pools, chemical diagnoses, and equipment troubleshooting. Heavy lifting up to 50lbs is required, and employees must work outside in various weather conditions. We maintain an open and fair workplace, and candidates must demonstrate professionalism to our customers.
