Job Title: Compliance Officer

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Compliance Officer to join our team at the Delaware Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory and accrediting standards, including state and federal laws, as well as regulatory agency requirements related to Risk, Quality Management, and Patient Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report any non-compliance issues.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address compliance gaps.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless coordination of Patient Safety and Risk Management programs.

Requirements:

  1. Five years of experience in compliance or related field.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
