We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our Emergency Department team at Bracane Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency medicine and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide emergency medical care to patients, including diagnosing and treating acute and urgent conditions.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including ordering diagnostic tests and medications as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or eligible for certification.
- Minimum of one year of experience in emergency medicine, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience working in a military hospital or similar setting.
- Current privileges at a US Military Hospital (Veterans, Navy, Air Force base).
