Dubois Continuum of Care Community is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Memory Support Unit to work an evening shift.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a skilled nursing facility with a dedicated team, providing top-notch care to our residents.

Compensation: $31.29 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for additional compensation through generous shift differentials.

About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a critical role in the health care industry, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our residents.

Your responsibilities will include administering medications as ordered by physicians, ordering prescribed medications and supplies, noting physician's orders accurately, reviewing and updating care plans, and completing all documentation according to facility policies.
