Job Title: Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at Pipestone (Emp Serv LLC). As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving and fulfilling orders in a timely and efficient manner. You will work independently to accurately prepare orders for shipment and clearly communicate between departments to provide the best possible service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders
  • Understand and utilize SAGE and ScanForce to complete job requirements
  • Assist with inventory counts and controls
  • Understand and perform processes and procedures that are in place
  • Understand and adhere to bio-security rules and requirements

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred
  • Warehouse and leadership experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a high-paced, high-energy atmosphere
  • Ability to lift objects weighing 0-50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Work Environment:
Our warehouse is a high-paced, high-energy atmosphere with a friendly and energetic team. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a high work ethic and immense pride in getting the job done. You will be required to stand, walk, and be on your feet for 8-10 hours per day, with frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling. You will also be required to use one or both hands/arms to grasp or pull, and to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
