We're seeking a skilled Music Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to creating collaborative treatment plans and integrative strategies that promote nonmusical goals in sensorimotor, communicative, cognitive skills, and social-emotional domains.

• Establish music therapy treatment goals through assessment processes and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to create integrated treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as co-treats with other disciplines when therapeutically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and billing according to federal and state regulations and company policies.
• Design musical interventions to target and achieve individualized goals, considering sensory processing and regulation.
• Collaborate with patients and families to understand their values, interests, and goals.
• Implement programming that considers all aspects of the child, including sensorimotor, cognitive, communicative, recreational, and social activities.
• Contribute to program development and educate patients, families, team members, and caregivers on home programs that complement treatment.

• Board certification through CBMT (Music Therapist-Board Certified) or equivalent experience working directly with children.
• Bachelor's degree and experience working as an MT-BC with children.
• Proficient musical ability on guitar, piano, and voice.
• Excellent clinical skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary setting.
• Flexibility, openness to learning, and appreciation for various therapeutic approaches.
• Passion for working with children and knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.
• Skills in using software and systems, including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.

We offer a competitive salary range of $25.51 to $31.89 per hour, based on your level of experience, education, and location.
