Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Surgical Technologist to assist staff during operative and invasive procedures in the Operating Room. As a member of our team, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while ensuring the operating room is adequately prepared for procedures.

  • You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, well-stocked/organized, and safe patient care environment.
  • Count all sponges, needles, and instruments with the circulating RN on all surgical procedures done in the Operating Room.
  • Follow patient and employee safety/security policies and protocols, including hand hygiene, use of universal precautions, and adherence to isolation procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BLS or BCLS Certification
  • Surgical Technologist Certificate (CST) or equivalent
  • Completion of surgical technologist course or comparable experience
  • PREFERRED: One year of surgical technologist experience

We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plan with a 100% match, and education assistance.
