Job Overview

We are seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team in the Charlotte area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a strong interest in the apartment industry.

The salary for this role is approximately $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

This position involves greeting and assisting prospective residents, leasing apartments, answering phones, and showing available properties. It also requires fielding general questions regarding rental units and property features, ensuring the appearance of model apartments is acceptable for showing, and maintaining a positive attitude under all circumstances.

In addition, the ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable with a fast-paced atmosphere, and demonstrate mindfulness of curb appeal in the community.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of experience in the apartment industry or two years of customer service experience. A college degree is preferred but not required.
