Shift Supervisor

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 to $65,000 per year.

We are seeking an experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Papa John's - Maineville. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising shifts and work areas to ensure high-quality products and customer service are delivered.

Your primary goal will be to drive restaurant profitability by maintaining a positive attitude, working well with others, and being flexible and adaptable to change.

• Maintain accurate records of product quality, customer satisfaction, and performance metrics.
• Ensure adequate shift coverage and provide immediate feedback to correct problems when identified.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and respect among colleagues.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food service industry.
