Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Healthcare Professional. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to patients' homes to provide education on Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and other medical devices.
  • Maintain accurate and complete health care records and reports.
  • Provide education on oxygen therapy, VPAP therapies, and feeding pumps.
  • Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
  • Assess, implement, plan, or evaluate patient nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Document observations and significant findings and communicate with other care team members in the patient record.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • 2+ years of experience in Nursing facility or home care.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse and BLS certification required.
  • Preferred qualifications include Trach/Vent experience, NG/G-tube experience, and knowledge of different feeding pumps and VPAP therapies.
