Position: Server

The primary role of a server is to provide exceptional food and beverage service to patrons, adhering to the establishment's standards while contributing to a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly respond to guest inquiries and requests with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and current promotions.
  • Accurately take and input food and beverage orders into the point-of-sale system.
  • Efficiently retrieve and deliver orders to guests in a timely manner.
  • Complete assigned side-work duties, including stocking and organizing supplies.
  • Maintain awareness of inventory levels and requisition supplies as necessary to support smooth operations.
  • Exhibit regular attendance and punctuality, adhering to scheduled work and break periods.
  • Uphold high standards of personal grooming and appearance in accordance with the dress code.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Respond effectively to service requests and assist guests as needed.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality service to both internal and external customers.
  • Encourage guest feedback to enhance service quality.

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • One to two years of relevant experience or training preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Proficient in operating point-of-sale equipment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Expected to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
  • Occasional sitting is required.
  • Must be able to reach with hands and arms frequently.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
