About the Role

We are seeking an experienced cook to join our team at the Warner Coliseum during the Minnesota State Fair. As a cook for Lancer Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-volume concession meals
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure food is stored properly
  • Follow safe food handling policies and procedures
  • Work effectively in a team environment to meet production demands
Requirements
  • At least one year of prior culinary experience in a high-volume establishment
  • Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer
  • $17-22/hour based on experience
