Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at NorthPoint Search Group Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales Order Processing: Process sales orders and contracts, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication and Coordination: Manage the flow of information between customers and operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, suppliers, and business partners, enabling you to provide expert advice and support to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are available to meet customer demand.
  • Staffing and Training: Maintain appropriate staffing levels, provide coaching and feedback to employees, and ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform any other tasks as required, within and beyond formal job responsibilities, to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Requirements
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction industry, understanding the needs and challenges of homebuilders, contractors, and building suppliers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Initiative and Problem-Solving: High level of initiative, creative thinking, decision-making, and problem-resolution skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience and Qualifications: 3-5 years of customer service-related work experience in a management role, with a strong understanding of sales order processing, inventory management, and staff training.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word, with the ability to learn and utilize our internal job order system.
