Job Title: Technical Product Manager

Location: Hybrid, requiring occasional onsite visits to Philadelphia, PA

Duration: 2-12 months+ contract

The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for leading the strategic development and management of technology products, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy to all relevant stakeholders, translating business objectives into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to build and enhance products that deliver value to customers and the business.
  • Prioritize product features and backlog items, using data-driven decision-making to optimize for product success and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and gather customer feedback to inform continuous product improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; a master's degree or MBA is preferred.

Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

Strong technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
