We are seeking a skilled Wound Care Regional Manager to lead our efforts in developing and managing clinical accounts across multiple regions in the United States. As a key member of our physician development team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clinical accounts, meeting and exceeding sales targets, growing existing accounts, and coordinating logistics.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a healthcare background to work closely with our physicians to ensure they achieve full potential. You will be responsible for performing hands-on clinical responsibilities with skilled nursing facilities, achieving revenue growth according to our expansion/growth plan, and assisting with hiring high-quality providers.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to travel regionally throughout Northern California. Experience in long-term care and wound care is highly desirable, as is proficiency with EMR systems. A Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or Business Administration would also be an asset.

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 per year, plus quarterly bonuses.
