At Penn Hospitality Management LLC, we're seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join our team at the brand-new Radisson Hotel in Philadelphia. This is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of a dynamic hospitality environment.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year (based on experience)

We're looking for a motivated and organized individual who can register guests, assign rooms, and ensure a smooth check-in process. As a Receptionist, you will also be responsible for confirming reservations, responding to guest needs, and communicating with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register and assign rooms to guests, ensuring accurate room assignments and efficient check-in processes
• Confirm phone and online reservations, verifying guest details and accommodation requirements
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
• Collect payment from departing guests, maintaining accurate records and financial transactions
• Maintain up-to-date records of occupied rooms and guests, ensuring seamless communication among staff

Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, front desk operations, or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with hotel operations and software systems, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
