Primary Care Physician Opportunity with Competitive Salary

Compensation PackageWe offer a highly competitive salary range of $200,000-$250,000 per annum, ensuring our physicians are well-compensated for their expertise and dedication. Additionally, our benefits package includes comprehensive medical coverage, life insurance, 401K plan with company match, and paid time off.
Job DescriptionAs a Family Physician at Marathon Health, you will provide patient-centered primary care within an innovative employer-sponsored model. This role emphasizes collaboration with a smaller patient panel, enabling in-depth appointments that prioritize health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- You will work closely with our clinical teams to deliver state-of-the-art care, leveraging electronic medical records and population management tools.
- With a focus on preventive care, you will proactively work with patients to prevent diseases and injuries by making lifestyle changes prior to diagnosis.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
- Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; Active state license required; DEA preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date.
