Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team at Esse Health as an Administrative and Clinical Lead for our Gateway Asthma & Allergy office in O'Fallon, MO.

About the Role:

This role provides overall direction for all activities related to administration, operations, personnel, facility, office management, and safety. The successful candidate will ensure increasing levels of patient and employee satisfaction while improving efficiency. Key responsibilities include supervising employees, managing performance reviews, guiding employee relations, and facilitating financial transactions.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN with an active license in the state of MO
  • Strong business acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
  • Strong team leadership skills
  • Able to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient technology skills
  • EMR experience preferred

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including multiple medical coverage options, generous PTO policy, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, and wellness program.
