As a Primary Care Physician at One Medical, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from routine check-ups to managing complex chronic conditions. You will be part of a collaborative team that values open communication, empathy, and a patient-first approach.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a patient panel with varying needs and provide comprehensive care
- Treat patients in-office or via telehealth visits
- Collaborate with colleagues through daily huddles and virtual clinical teams
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical training and procedures
To succeed in this position, you must be board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with a strong passion for human-centered primary care. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care.
Our benefits package includes a competitive salary of $**288,000**-$306,000 per year, based on experience. We also offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as generous PTO cash-out options and a sign-on bonus. Additionally, we provide ongoing support for your medical career through malpractice insurance, UpToDate subscriptions, and continuing medical education stipends.
