  • Respond promptly to emergencies and crises, prioritizing resident safety and well-being.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years' experience as a Peer Support Specialist or similar role in Behavioral Health, Substance Use Disorder Treatment, or a related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Valid driver's license required, with a commitment to maintaining it throughout employment.
