Kickback Host

Job Summary

As a Kickback Host at Drury Hotels, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while preparing and serving our signature 5:30 Kickback. This role requires a high level of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and co-workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve the 5:30 Kickback to guests, maintaining a clean and well-organized kitchen/lobby area
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are fully stocked at appropriate levels
• Present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times to promote the Drury culture

Requirements

• Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly
• Ability to communicate in a friendly manner with guests to create a warm, comfortable, relaxing environment
• Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and hotel services
