Front Desk Associate

Blink Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
• Greet every member and guest with a smile and a friendly demeanor
• Provide tours of the club to potential members, highlighting our unique features and benefits
• Answer phone calls in a professional and energetic manner, ensuring that every caller feels valued and supported
• Execute all opening and closing operational procedures to ensure the club runs smoothly and efficiently
• Handle member requests and concerns with a sense of urgency and empathy
• Participate in maintaining a clean and organized club environment, including frequent bending, lifting, and walking around the club
• Sign members up for startup sessions with our Personal Trainers, helping them achieve their fitness goals
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance, ensuring that our members receive the best possible service
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of quality and excellence
Qualifications:
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with members and guests
• Ability to lift and move gym equipment weighing 15-20 lbs frequently and 45 lbs occasionally
• Ability to remain in a stationary position at the front desk for the majority of the workday
• World-class customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive and memorable experience for every member and guest
• Works hard, multi-tasks, and is a problem solver, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond
• Passion for the Blink brand and our mission to put Mood Above Muscle
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking, with the ability to communicate effectively with members and guests of diverse backgrounds
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive hourly rate of $16.00
