Job Summary

The Executive Sales Development Manager is responsible for developing and implementing customized strategies tailored to individual account needs, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive strategic plan to capture market share across assigned geographic region
  • Defining sales potential, preparing budgets, and maintaining sales tracking
  • Developing and maintaining a sales opportunity pipeline sufficient to capture annual top-line growth targets
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance metrics, providing insights and strategies to optimize revenue generation
  • Cultivating an in-depth understanding of the specific business segment, staying abreast of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Leveraging market insights to identify opportunities for expansion and growth within the strategic accounts portfolio

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or comparable work experience
  • 3 years of experience in B2B sales; technical and/or project sales preferred
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 60%

Estimated Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
