Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Little Caesars. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional guest service, drive sales performance, and maintain brand excellence in a fast-paced store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent guest service
  • Manage shift operations, including opening and closing duties, to ensure seamless execution of store procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Manage inventory, labor, and cash handling to optimize store performance
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in the food service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for long periods
