Job Title: Echo Technician

Job Summary:

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a qualified Echo Technician for a contract position in a top healthcare facility. As an Echo Technician, you will work under the direction of supervising physicians in the Non-Invasive Cardiology Lab, preparing patients for examinations, performing 2-dimensional echoes, M-mode, and Doppler studies, and maintaining patient records.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for examinations and perform echocardiography studies
  • Assist supervising physicians with training of residents, fellows, and other physicians
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest echocardiography technology and platforms

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of an accredited training course in cardiac technology
  • Successful completion of an accredited training course in cardiac ultrasound
  • Successful completion of a cardiac echocardiography technology program
