We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Hollywood Kia in Florida. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and professional service, and meeting or exceeding OEM Customer Satisfaction Index expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all customers promptly and provide timely professional service.
  • Estimate cost and completion time, settle customer accounts, and communicate with customers about the status of work.
  • Coordinate activities to ensure repair work is fixed right the first time and completed on time.
  • Inspect every finished repair order for proper completion, pricing accuracy, and legibility.
  • Meet or exceed goals for add-on sales and deliver the right car in perfect condition every time.
  • Identify repeat customers and treat them accordingly, contact customers to remind them of service appointments, and answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Document repair order changes, eliminate surprises for customers by reviewing service repairs and their associated charges, and promptly address and resolve customer viewpoint and service follow-up issues.
