About the Role
The Dialysis Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during designated shifts.
This position serves St. David's South Austin Medical Center, where you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a talented team of professionals to deliver compassionate and evidence-based care.
Responsibilities
Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care.
Participate in ongoing assessment of patient care services provided in the unit, collaborating with management team members to drive quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to foster an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service delivery.
Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
Engage in operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives to improve engagement.
Requirements
Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Estimated Salary Range
$85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
