Job Overview

Vynca is a dynamic organization dedicated to transforming care for individuals with complex needs.

We are seeking an experienced Community Liaison to join our team in the Santa Clara, CA area.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic community outreach plans, building relationships with stakeholders, and driving referrals into Vynca's Enhanced Care Management programs.

This field-based position requires traveling throughout the Santa Clara area and interacting with various healthcare professionals and community organizations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with resource centers, medical facilities, and advocacy groups.
  • Drive referrals into Vynca's care programs through effective relationship-building and marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on local market dynamics and community resources, expanding knowledge and understanding of services available to vulnerable populations.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote Vynca's services and enhance visibility within the community.
  • Identify and communicate cultural issues affecting members, ensuring culturally sensitive care delivery.
  • Track sales activities, conduct presentations, and support community events to maintain high customer service standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients and practices, strengthening referral partnerships through outreach efforts.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales or at a community-based organization.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the local healthcare landscape and/or community resources.
  • Experience working with underserved communities and in healthcare.
  • Proficiency with technology, including electronic health record platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency with Microsoft and Google applications.
  • Excellent communication, speaking, and presentation skills, as well as strong motivational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation & Benefits

This rewarding opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 per year, plus an uncapped commission structure. Enjoy great benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, income protection benefits, PTO, company holidays, 401k, and access to wellness benefits.
