Embedded Systems Lead

Key Responsibilities
Entire team's deliverables and quality of work
Handle resource assignment and work scheduling
Report two weeks ahead for any team member to take Vacation/Annual leave and arrange coverage such that business is not impacted.
New team member's screening, onboarding, training, and regular checking
Initial triage for any external or internal escalation
Monitor issue report from each team member and provide Weekly Summary Report
Feedback gathering from leaders and cross-functional teams
Fill in the resource gap if someone is on leave.
Requirements
Engineering experience: 5-7 years
Program management: 2-5 years
BS Computer Engineering or relevant work experience (MS is a plus)
Low-level embedded C firmware experience and its interaction with hardware
Effective communication skills
Ability to drive issues, track tasks, and evaluate priorities on a regular basis
Good multitasking capabilities to handle frequent context switches

The potential compensation for this role is based on labor costs in local markets, as well as the job-related skills, knowledge, and experience of the candidate. Expected base pay for this role ranges from [$95,000] to [$140,000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits and additional compensation offerings, including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options as well as potential incentive or variable compensation.
