Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Explain insurance policies to new and existing clients via video conferencing
  • Develop and calculate personalized plans based on clients' requirements
  • Familiarize yourself with various insurance products, including mortgage protection, final expense, college education, and paycheck protection
  • Address client inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
  • Pursue business growth through effective networking techniques
  • Maintain knowledge of insurance standards and regulations
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields is advantageous
  • Ability to build strong rapport with clients
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Must be at least 18 years old
