* Requires knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice, organizational policies, regulations, and procedures to administer patient care
* Medical equipment and instruments used to provide patient care
* Common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment

**Requirements:**

* Valid LPN nursing license
* Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
* Prepare and maintain accurate records
* Develop and maintain quality assurance
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, patients, office staff, and the public
