Automotive Sales Leadership Development Program

Sherwin-Williams is seeking individuals with a passion for sales and customer service to participate in our Automotive Sales Leadership Development Program (LDP).
This eight-week program offers practical experience in an Automotive Branch and comprehensive training in sales, customer service, finance, and strategic business planning.
Participants will have the opportunity to build professional networks across various departments and progress into an Assistant Branch Manager position upon successful completion.
This position requires relocation for the training period and for placement into the Assistant Branch Manager role.
LDP participants will support branch operations, including developing market plans, implementing business strategies, optimizing sales, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Minimum requirements include being at least eighteen years old, having a valid driver's license, and holding a bachelor's degree.
Preferred qualifications include a degree in a relevant field, experience in retail or customer service, and leadership experience.
