About the Job

Chester's is seeking a highly skilled Regional Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing training and support to our franchisees and non-traditional sites across the USA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist franchisees with new store openings and training, ensuring all necessary materials and tools are in place.
  • Participate in tradeshows and grand openings within a geographically defined area, promoting our brand and products.
  • Guide and support franchisees to ensure compliance with all brand requirements, including physical facilities and inventory management.
  • Work closely with distributors to ensure franchisees have their initial inventory, and resolve any field problems that may arise.
  • Conduct on-site educational workshops and training sessions for franchisees, and complete administrative duties such as follow-ups and expense reports.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of restaurant operations experience, with a proven track record of training in a restaurant operations environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn industry-specific software programs.
  • Ability to travel extensively, with 80% overnight travel required.
