The Britt Medical Search team is seeking a highly skilled Urologist to join our client's thriving practice in Knoxville, Tennessee. As part of a five-hospital health system, this esteemed facility offers a unique blend of challenge and opportunity.

About the Role
This employed position comes with a competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines, ranging from $425,000 to $625,000 annually, depending on experience. Additionally, an incentive bonus is offered, tied to WRUVs, with a potential maximum annual bonus of up to $100,000. The comprehensive financial package also includes a commencement/signing bonus, medical education debt assistance, residency/fellowship stipend (if applicable), relocation expenses, CME, vacation, health, dental, vision benefits, licensure, dues, subscriptions, and mid-level supervision compensation.

About the Practice
The urology department boasts a state-of-the-art da Vinci robotic surgical system, lithotripsy machine, and cysto suite, ensuring that patients receive top-notch care. With a strong hospitalist support system in place, providers can focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Block time is available, allowing for efficient scheduling and streamlined patient flow. The practice operates out of three clinics, with designated anesthesia coverage and 16 procedures performed per day.

Requirements
We are looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. A BC/BE certification is mandatory, along with a valid Tennessee medical license. Prior experience in a similar setting is preferred but not necessary.
