Job Summary:

The purpose of this role is to drive profitable revenue growth from new clients and expanded services from existing clients in the Crisis Management line. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting, leading, and executing a wholesale production strategy to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide deep product expertise to Lockton associates, producers, clients, and prospects in the Crisis Management line.

• Plan and set strategic direction for winning new and retaining existing client accounts in the Crisis Management line.

• Manage relationships with prospects and existing clients, demonstrating strategic leadership to maintain and develop these relationships and inform servicing requirements.

• Maintain and demonstrate an active pipeline of new business opportunities in the Crisis Management line.

• Sponsor, lead, and support specific Crisis Management knowledge and revenue growth initiatives.

• Implement an appropriate communication plan to target new business opportunities in the Crisis Management line.

• Interact with business leadership to ensure the client experience meets Lockton standards in the Crisis Management line.

• Develop Lockton Crisis Management intellectual property to identify and innovate in new and existing industry sectors.

Requirements:

• Broad knowledge of all insurance classes with expert understanding of Crisis Management.

• Broad understanding of general business commercial challenges, opportunities, and financial reporting.

• Understanding of insurance requirements of commercial organizations in different industries.

• Ability to prepare and execute strategic direction by demonstrating a deep understanding of a client's business, sector, possible challenges, and opportunities.

• Ability to identify opportunities for business development and pursue with success.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to delegate as appropriate.

• Ability to demonstrate thought leadership.

• Highly professional and tactful negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve production objectives and maximize on value-added services.
