Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Structural/Geotechnical Engineer to join our Southern, CA team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of engineers working on multiple projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project definition books, basis of design, concept design, design development, plan-check and permitting, construction documents, specifications, and technical reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Transportation, Geotechnical, etc.) or Master's degree in Engineering
  • California Licensed Professional Engineer or EIT depending on the level
  • Optional certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PMP, etc.
  • 0-5 years of experience for junior, 5-10 years for mid-level, 15+ years for senior

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $83,200 - $228,800 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life, AD&D, voluntary life/AD&D, disability benefits, leaves of absence, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays, employee assistance program, and educational assistance program.
