Job Title: Travel Occupational Therapist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team for a travel position in Lewiston, Idaho. As a travel Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Current ID license
  • Nursing License per state
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
  • 2 Current Clinical References (Supervisor x2 within 12 months)
  • Physicial (within 12 months)
  • TB Skin Test (within 12 months)
  • Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
  • Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months)
  • Current Tdap/Flu Vaccinations
  • Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
  • COVID Card - Current (In most cases)
