Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Services Advocate. This role will provide exceptional service to our clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns related to retirement benefits.

As a Member Services Advocate, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing guidance and support on a range of topics, including retirement benefit estimation, FRS website access, and application processes. You will also be responsible for researching complex issues, verifying benefit payments, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and addressing their concerns
* Research complex issues related to retirement benefits and provide solutions
* Verify benefit payments and resolve any issues that may arise
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, insurance, or retirement administration
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
