Master Technician Trainee and Fleet Management Leader

We are currently seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Maintenance Managers Trainees (MMTs). As an MMT, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced supervisors and technicians in our fleet management and maintenance processes.
Focused Training and Accelerated DevelopmentYou will receive hands-on training in vehicle componentry and maintenance technology, preparing you for a successful career as a Maintenance Leader within our organization. The program consists of seven rotations over nine to twelve months, providing you with diverse experience and skills in various areas.
- Service Department Management: Gain expertise in managing day-to-day operations and effectively leading associates.
- Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with customers and learn about their needs and expectations.
- Facility Management: Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

Key Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of team management experience preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude is beneficial but not necessary.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will be able to work safely at heights, navigate our facilities, and regularly lift up to 50 pounds. A valid driver's license with the ability to obtain a CDL is also required.
What We OfferWe provide competitive compensation packages, including an estimated salary range of $45,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
