About the Role

You will be responsible for greeting and serving customers with a positive attitude, standing for long periods of time while checking out customers quickly and accurately, and maintaining a clean and presentable area. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will enable you to answer customer questions, resolve issues, and provide assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cashier: Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Front End Services: Ensure customers have a great first and last impression by being available to assist associates across the store as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude. You must also be available to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive pay, ranging from $14.00 to $26.00 per hour, based on location and experience. In addition to your hourly wage, you may also be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives and premium pay for working specific shifts or tasks. Our benefits package includes medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase plan, company-paid life insurance, paid time off, and more.
