CRM System Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM System Manager to join our team at ConsultNet. As a CRM System Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing CRM systems, analyzing data for insights, and enhancing client management processes through CRM workflows and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain CRM systems.
- Analyze data to ensure accuracy.
- Train staff and create CRM reports.
- Collaborate for seamless integration with other firm software.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience with CRM (Zoho).
- Advanced skills in Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong Communication and Team Skills.
- Experience Creating dashboards (especially Zoho Dashboards).
Nice To Have:
- Filevine Experience.
- IT Experience within a Law Firm.
